Do you need help with IT or basic computer skills?

If so then we can help you.

Our IT room is  just the place and we have a great team to help even those convinced they could never do it. Our patient and dedicated volunteers like nothing better than to see the growing confidence of those who come with no previous experience leave with a certificate marking their progress.

Free basic courses are available to all our clients but also to any members of the public as we run a registered UK on-line centre where anyone can start to learn or develop their existing skills. People learn at their own pace with plenty of time to practice and someone on hand to answer questions and offer encouragement. There is no need for previous knowledge or experience just the willingness to have a go.

We can also help with CV writing and online job applications and benefit claims and for those needing a CSCS card there is the opportunity to do the necessary preparation and practice. 

If you are more advanced, our knowledgeable volunteer team can discuss your needs and requirements and assist in more complex computer skills.
